I Never Received My Order Confirmation Email

All Jumping Turtle and Our Turtle House event tickets are delivered via email to the email address you provide at checkout.
Please make sure to enter your correct email address during checkout.
The first thing to do if you have not received your "Confirmation Email" is to check your Spam or Junk folder for any emails from "Jumping Turtle Events" or "Our Turtle House".
If you don't see the "Confirmation Email" at all, please send us a support request and we will make sure the email address on file is correct, or re-send your tickets if needed.
