Clear Google Chrome Cache
Some of the issues that you might experience inside the members area of the website (such as playing videos) can be solved by clearing the Google Chrome browser cache.
- Click on the "3 dots" in the top-right corner of Chrome.
- Click on "More Tools".
- Click on "Clear browsing data".
- Select Time Range "All time" from the drop-down.
- Click the "Clear Data" button.
