App Won't Load When Not Connected To WIFI (Apple Device)
If you are having trouble getting the app to load when you're not connected to a WIFI network, check on your Cellular Settings.
CHANGE CELLULAR SETTINGS
- From your Apple device, tap on your "Settings" icon.
- Tap "Cellular" option.
- Find "Our Turtle House" on the list of apps.
- Notice if the toggle button is switched "off" or "on".
- If it's switched "off", tap the toggle button to turn it "on".
This will allow the app to operate while using your Cellular Data.
IMPORTANT: If you are on a metered Data plan, you may incur additional Carrier charges if your use of the app causes you to go over your allotted Data limit.
Please note, the app may experience longer load times, playback times, or download times while being used on a Data network.
ARE YOU USING A VPN?
In some cases a VPN might cause the mobile app not to load properly. Switch off your VPN connection, close out of the mobile app, then re-launch the app.
