Update Membership Billing Details

In order to update your billing information, you will need to log into your account from a Computer (this will not work in the app).

  1. Log into your Membership Account using this link: www.members.ourturtlehouse.com
  2. Click on "MY ACCOUNT" from the navigation menu, then click on "PROFILE" from the drop down (SEE IMAGE BELOW).

  3. Scroll down a little bit to the "SUBSCRIPTIONS" section.
  4. Click on the link titled "Updated billing details" (SEE IMAGE BELOW)

  5. Enter your new billing information.
  6. Click the "UPDATE" button.
